Rennovation/Remodel
- Whether it is a one-room makeover or the whole nine yards, House of Maevie will guide you through the process.
- We start with strategizing and figuring out the scope and style direction. We get a contractor on board to provide a budgetary quote based on initial drawings.
- After the approved quote, we dive deeper into the design. Our expertly crafted mood boards, renderings, and finish selections will help you visualize and make decisions without being overwhelmed.
- After the approved design phase, we will create a drawing set for the contractor so each beautiful finish we selected can be purchased and each thoughtful detail can be built exactly how we designed it together. This is a very important step to ensure a smooth project delivery and to stay on budget. Communication, both verbally and visually is key.
New Home Construction
- Processwise, similar to renovations, we will work with you, your architect, and your builder to help you create the home of your dreams.
- From floorplan layouts, cabinetry design, trim, paint, and all other finishes, we will help you create that beautiful space that will be your new home.
Furniture/Decor
- Whether as an add-on to a construction project or as a stand-alone service, nothing is complete without quality furniture that fits your style and budget.
- We start by creating a scope & and budget and advise on where you should buy quality and where you could save.
- We create a concept, floorplan, and mood boards to help you visualize and make decisions.
Project Support
- After the design is approved, we offer project support during purchasing or construction.
- We communicate with vendors and contractors to solve issues and ensure a smooth project delivery.
- Project Support is billed in hourly pre-paid packages, so we can ensure you will receive no surprise invoices. Again, clear and straightforward. Every project delivery will vary in how much support is needed, depending on the many factors that are involved but out of our control. We can give you a best-guess estimate based on previous projects.
